Information on the processing of personal data collected

Purpose of processing
We inform you that the personal data voluntarily provided by you will be processed by FPT Industrie Spa as personal data controller, for the purpose of:

a) providing the requested service and allowing FPT Industrie Spa to carry out the survey related to this service;

Data processing for any of the aforementioned purposes will be executed via paper-based, computerised or telematic means, whichever is most suitable for ensuring the security and confidentiality of the processed data.

Processing procedure
Personal data will be processed mainly using IT equipment.
The personal data that you voluntarily disclose to FPT Industrie Spa, however it is transmitted (completion of online forms, email communication, etc.), will be stored in a data handling application of FPT Industrie Spa exclusively for the purposes indicated above, and for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation.
For the purposes of this paragraph, FPT Industrie Spa undertakes to observe specific security measures to prevent the loss of data, their illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access, in full compliance with the laws and regulations.

Data Controller and Responsible Officer
The Controller for the described processing activities is FPT Industrie Spa, with headquarters in Via Enrico Fermi, 18 - 30036 Santa Maria di Sala (VE) - Italy.
Processing operations will be carried out by Assignees appointed by the Data Controller and/or the Officer responsible for data processing, who operate under their direct authority in compliance with the instructions received.

Persons/bodies to whom/which personal data may be communicated, or who may access them in their capacity as Responsible Officers or data processing officers
Your data may be disclosed to external companies with which FPT Industrie Spa may consider collaborating, which, in any case, guarantee the adoption of security and confidentiality criteria equivalent to those adopted by FPT Industrie Spa, and which operate as external data processing bodies.
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties to comply with legal obligations, or to comply with orders from public authorities, or to exercise a right in court. Furthermore, subject to your consent, your data may be disclosed to third parties as indicated in point d) of these guidelines.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, and of their communication, in an intelligible manner.
The interested party has the right to know the content and the origin of the personal data.
The interested party furthermore has the right to demand:

a) the updating, amendment, or, where he/she has an interest in it, the integration of the data;
b) the deletion, anonymization or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that those to whom the data is communicated or disclosed are notified of the actions referred to under points (a) and (b), including their content, unless the fulfilment thereof proves impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the right being protected.

The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of his/her personal data, even if the data is relevant for the purpose of their collection;
b) the processing of their personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or for direct sales, or for conducting market research or commercial communications.

In any case, the interested party remains free, at any time, to revoke consent by sending an informal notice to that effect to FPT Industrie Spa, at privacy@fptindustrie.com.

Video and photographic recordings

As part of its commercial marketing activities, FPT INDUSTRIE SPA intends to carry out photographic and video recordings during the Open House days using its own specialist staff; these recordings will not be used for any commercial gain but purely for promotional purposes.
To this end, in accordance with the Privacy Act No. 196 of 2003, you hereby authorise the taking of the aforementioned photographs and video footage and their subsequent free publication, whilst also prohibiting their use in contexts that could undermine personal dignity and decorum.
You or the company you represent are entitled to exercise all the rights set out in Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and, in particular, to object in whole or in part to the processing described.
The data controller is FPT INDUSTRIE SPA, with registered office at Via Vivaldi 1, Camposampiero (PD), and operational headquarters at Via E. Fermi, 18, S. Maria di Sala (VE).

Health and Safety

In order to comply with health and safety regulations, visitors are required to remain within the yellow lines marking the designated visitor route within the production area whilst moving between the machine tools on display. Visitors are strictly prohibited from entering areas other than those indicated above and from approaching the machine tools

The visitor

Undertakes:

to comply with the instructions provided by FPT INDUSTRIE SPA in order to ensure the safety of their visit to the production department;
to comply with all regulations, safety instructions and restrictions in force in the areas and premises to be visited;
that they accept responsibility for any damage caused to themselves, other persons and/or property as a result of their own conduct failing to comply with the regulations in force at the premises and/or locations visited;
that they are aware that FPT INDUSTRIE SPA (the Company, its managers and employees) is released from any liability and responsibility whatsoever in connection with damage and accidents that may involve visitors
that they are fully aware that their participation in the event organised by FPT INDUSTRIE SPA, known as OPEN HOUSE, which will take place from 16 to 18 April 2026, is voluntary, just as every action taken during the visit is strictly voluntary and optional;
to accept personal responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the aforementioned actions, both civilly and criminally;
not to claim compensation in the event of any accident, damage or injury, and to hold FPT INDUSTRIE SPA and its representatives harmless from any liability that may arise in any way as a result of their participation, for any damage suffered by themselves or caused to third parties during the course of the event.
