Automatic universal rotative head with electrospindle
The structure of the main body is in aluminium; the other body, which holds the electrospindle, is in cast-iron. The rotation is through direct-drive motor and it is controlled by the CNC as interpolated axis. Hydraulic clamping on the axis with system for back-slash compensation. Automatic tool clamping device. Spindle refrigeration system. Possibility to do undercutting at a 10° angle. Integrated cooling system of the spindle.
