Consent to the processing of sensitive data

The undersigned has received the guidelines and acknowledges the rights of the same:
expresses consent to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes specified in these guidelines, via the methods indicated therein, including any processing in EU member states or in countries outside the EU, and is aware that, in the absence of consent, FPT Industrie Spa will not be able to process such data, with all the consequences connected to it.
